Apex Scout · coming soon

Know the site before you quote the job.

Put in a website. Apex Scout maps its tech stack, heavy pages, third-party services and the subdomains nobody mentioned, then turns it into a report with your name on it.

A sample Apex Scout report for a coffee shop website, branded for the agency, showing a health score, tech stack, third-party services, subdomains and the heaviest pages.
What it finds

Everything you would spend the first week discovering.

Tech stack and CMS

The CMS and its version, the page builder, plugins and themes, the server and CDN it sits behind.

Heavy pages

Every page ranked by weight, with the images and scripts that make it slow.

Third-party services

Payments, analytics, CRMs, chat, pixels and embeds: every outside service the site depends on.

Forgotten subdomains

The staging site, the old shop, the landing page from 2019. Found from public records, before they surprise you.

Health basics

SSL, outdated software, missing security headers and anything indexed that should not be.

What to raise

The findings worth a conversation, in plain language, sorted by how much they matter.
The sample report branded for a different agency, in that agency’s own colour, with no Apex branding.
White-label report

Your report, not ours.

Every report carries your agency’s name, logo and colours. Share it as a link or a PDF, drop it into a proposal, or open a kickoff meeting with it. Clients see your expertise, not somebody else’s tool.

  • Your logo, colours and contact details
  • Shareable link and PDF export
  • Written for clients, detailed enough for developers
Built for the first conversation

Walk in knowing more than the last agency did.

Proposals

Quote from facts, not guesses. Show a prospect what you found before they have signed anything.

Kickoffs

Start the project with the whole picture on one page, and no surprises three weeks in.

Existing clients

Re-run it each quarter to spot what changed, and turn the findings into the next piece of work.
Questions

Early answers

Is scanning someone’s site intrusive?

No. Scout reads only what is already public: the pages anyone can visit, the site’s response headers, and public DNS and certificate records. It does not log in, submit forms or probe for weaknesses.

When is it coming?

Apex Scout is our next release after Apex Proof. Waitlist members get access first.

Will it work with Apex Proof?

That is the plan: scout a site before the project, then review it with Proof before launch.

What will it cost?

Pricing is not set yet. Waitlist members will hear it first.

Waitlist

Be first to scout a site.
